The Kratos Institute Fellowship is the training and mentorship arm of the organization, designed to cultivate emerging analysts, researchers, and community‑rooted leaders who are committed to strengthening governance and institutional resilience. The Fellowship equips participants with the analytical tools, diagnostic frameworks, and policy‑oriented skills that define the Institute’s mission. Fellows engage in a structured learning experience that introduces them to governance diagnostics, early‑warning indicators, political‑risk assessment, and evidence‑based policy analysis. Those pursuing higher education or advanced research careers will receive tailored guidance, mentorship, and academic development support.

The Fellowship also provides opportunities for internships within the Kratos Institute and with partner organizations, allowing participants to apply their skills in real‑world environments, contribute to ongoing analytical projects, and gain exposure to global governance challenges.

Our goal is to develop capable, community‑anchored leaders who can contribute meaningfully to stability, accountability, and democratic resilience in their societies.
